Help Desk

Remote help is available if your computer can access the Internet. Via a one time connection from your computer to our server, we can often find and correct computer problems without the hassle of bringing it to our shop. You must be able to access the Internet via Internet Explorer. Remote help is $80 per hour with a one half hour minimum. Office Visits

Do you need help with your office network? Can't get your printer working with all of your computers at the same time? Highway 99 Computers can come to your office at a very reasonable cost. We work on Windows desktops and servers, various networking gear, and more. We do not service business printers or other office equipment.

Currently office calls are at $120 per hour with a one hour minimum in Eugene/Springfield. Evening & weekend appointments are available for your convenience at no extra cost. Give us a call to schedule an office visit.


 

House Calls

Sometimes, to best serve our customer, only a house call will do. If you are having problems with your home wifi or getting your new computer to set up with the rest of your existing gear, we're the ones to call. Home service is billed at $60 for the first hour, with a one hour minimum, and then $40 for each additional hour.

Continuing Maintenance

Highway 99 Computers provides ongoing support for businesses throughout the Eugene/Spingfield area on a retainer basis. Services include proactive, scheduled hardware service and regular software updates, access to phone/email based help desk support 7 days a week and emergency on-site, or in-shop, maintenance on a priority basis. Monthly rates are surprisingly reasonable. Inquire for a custom quote for your business.
